• To send you notifications you have enabled (for example vehicle status or payment updates).

What we do not do

Sharing

We share shipment details only with the parties needed to move your vehicle — shipping lines, ports, customs authorities and transport partners — and only what those parties require. Service providers that host our systems process data on our behalf under this policy.

Retention and security

We keep account and shipment records for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal record-keeping requirements. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access inside our systems is restricted by role.

Your choices

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. To access, correct or delete your account information, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
